Thank you for shopping at Lush Mint. We hope you love your new purchase, but on the off chance that you aren't happy with our products, we can arrange an exchange or a refund for you. (Excluding swimwear and final sale which are unfortunately not eligible for return.)
If items are received by Lush Mint and have signs of wear, makeup or dirt we will not issued a refund. All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging. If not, the customer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
For all eligible returns the cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense, all and any shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using trackable postage, as any returns lost in transit or not received by us will not be issued a return.
Please email us at email@example.com to request a return with your Name, Order Number, Reason for return and Photos of the items. We will then provide you with the return address. Please check your spams, if you have not heard from us, we usually reply within a day.
All items are checked for quality control before being packed and sent on their way to their new homes, however full refunds will only be issued on items that are deemed faulty by Lush Mint and only in the event that a replacement cannot be issued within a reasonable time frame.
All refunds will be determined by Lush Mint.
